How about taking extra vitmains/supplments for your teeth?

#1 Post by Tunkabean »

With all the movement and strain your teeth and jaw is under.... any of your doc's ever recommended you take extra calcium or anything?

Like it says 'for strong bones and teeth!' :D - my teeth feel so weird now, I dare not risk them breaking ...

Thanks for the reply.
Like u said - taking them wouldn't hurt....
From what I've been reading, the shakey feeling is common when older people get braces... so I shouldn't be worried.
