Ow! Had an adjustment on Friday afternoon. I now have 'twisted' ligs on the front teeth. Everything feels quite tight. I know this is positive pain but it don't half HURT! My teeth feel very sensitive. Oh well, if it moves them, it's worth it!

Thanks, Karen. I've already seen some movement with one of my teeth which was previously quite crossed over the other one and now it's almost clear. Just needs hauling into line a bit now! It's good to see a few gappy bits, it's all progress!
