Alfalfa sprouts here, too. They're like heat seeking missiles. In fact, anything with fibre in it gets stuck which means virtually all fruit, veggies and salad greens. All the stuff I love and won't give up.

I had lower ceramic braces placed yesterday. I'm finding that more seems to be getting stuck in these guys than my upper linguals. I went out and bought a pocket mirror straight away!

Blankets.
Sometimes I wake up in the morning and have fluff from my blankets in my teeth. The synthetic blanket causes a fingernail-on-chalkboard effect.

Rice and the dental floss thing!!! I am only at day 2 and flossing is a pain. For about 2 hours I had a shred of floss about the size of a hair that I could feel with my tounge but couldnt get it out!!! I drove me crazy!!!! Glad to hear I am not the only one!

Ground meat of any kind!(BBQ's,sloppy Joes,etc)....
I may have to become a Vegatarian.

I made a can of Campbells Chicken and Stars soup once, thinking it would be easy to eat and digest.......
awhile later took a glance in a mirror only to find a row of 'Stars' sitting on my top archwires twinkling at me.....

Food has become an adventure.......

Will, I can't believe you were the first to say it!

M-E-A-T for sure. I have eight hooks on my molar bands so food just wraps itself round there and sometimes I can't get it off. I keep nearly choking cos I'm swallowing food that's anchored to my braces. Not nice.

I definitely vote for alfalfa sprouts and vietnamese food ingredients too.

Eating is so hard ...
