1 Year Braces Anniversary! With Progress Pics!

#1 Post by jaws »

Hi Everyone,

Well, today (April 11th) makes it one year since I got my braces. I thought I would post some pics so that people can see what has happened in that time. If all goes well, my ortho has told me that I should have my braces off by June!

BOTTOM BEFORE BRACES (notice how my two 'eye' teeth aren't even in my arch):

So, for those of you just starting your journey--don't worry, there is a light at the end of the tunnel! :D

Simply amazing. Both your arches look like they've widened substantially. I'm sure you're just itching to see your smile sans braces! :D

Fantastic! When I see cases like yours I wonder why the ortho is saying my case will take 28 months. So much progress!

I know everyone is different, but I really do wonder...

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY

That year went by so fast in some thoughts and so slowly in others didn't it? At least it did for me!

I have always been a fan of your teeth and love to check in on your progress. :jump:

Your arches look great. They were really narrow in the beginning and now they look nice and wide. Great progress!

Hi,

I remember you coming here a year ago, telling you would have braces
with 'some controlled arch thingy'. Nobody here had this, even the
docs here didn't know much about it. Anyway, yes, it did work. Even
very well. It is unbelievable that this was done in 1 year. Many congrats
to you and your skilled ortho !!!
