I've had a couple job interviews with my braces. I think that if you portray a sense of confidence, your braces shouldn't matter to the employer. They care whether you can do the job or not. I doubt they care what your teeth look like. :o

I'm glad to hear that you all still got hired - I'm a little nervous about it too! I feel like I look 13 years old because of my braces, which seems like it means I'd need to be extra professional to overcome that first visual impression.
