The payment plan should go accordingly with the treatment plan.
After you move to CA, do you plan to continue with treatment in CA or you go back to OK for appointments which are usually 1 or 2 months apart?
1. If you go back to OK for every appointment, your payment plan should stay the same, no matter where you live.
2. If you want to continue your treatment in CA, you need to work with your OK ortho to see if s/he can transfer the plan to CA or you need to start a new plan in CA. They will let you know the way and how much the payments should be processed.

I still don't understand it 100% ? When you go to OK will you be going to an ortho's office that is connected in some way to the CA ortho's office. Why would you continue monthly payments to OK, if you are not going to be seen by the OK ortho?
If it's some sort of ortho chain of offices nationwide then I could understand . Getting the braces on usually requires a down payment of $500 -$700 then you pay monthly. If you are going to a totally different ortho's office in OK how will he be able to treat you if you are paying the other ortho in CA ?
My braces cost a total of $5,500 I gave $3,000 down and pay$75 a month until my balance is paid off. They usually spread it to the estimated treatment time/months.
