I have been wondering about chapped lips. It became a problem for me at about the 6-month mark and it has had me perplexed. I do use Chapstick Blue, yet I can't help but feel I am just treating the symptom.

I think I am going to do some experimentation. I drink about a litre of water each day, but I imagine I could do a lot better. I take a multivitamin, but the B-complex idea sounds really good. Maybe I'm not eating enough fruit or something?

I try to drink as much water as I can, but I kinda go through phases. Plenty of water for a while, and then not so much for a while. My problem is that I don't like the taste of plain water, so I buy the flavored kind and when I run out, I generally refuse to drink tap water. The only time I really want plain water is after exercise.
