Thanks for your comments guys, its made me feel really good about my progress. It is really exciting to see they've actually moved, its great! When i first had my braces put on and my archwire was all crooked, i was so upset-i didn't smile for ages cos you could really see how wonky my teeth were. But now its straight, i smile all the time! :D I'm so proud to be sorting my teeth out, finally!

Thank for sharing your pics!!! I have only had my braces on for about a month now, I am seeing some change but I want perfect teeth now :) I know it takes time but we'll get there someday... How long did they say you'll need to have your braces on for?

Wow, you've really had some amazing progress within such a short amount of time!! That's awesome skintz!! I'm jealous!! Your front two teeth already look so straight and I'll bet all the other teeth will start moving to their desired locations pretty quickly. Great progress!

Wow it looks amazing!!!! I've only had my brace on for 8 days, and I still havn't noticed anything  You are right about the wonky wire, mine is exactly the same.

Can I ask you Skintz, how long was it before you noticed any movement?

Cheers Tracey

hey guys, thanks for all your nice comments :D

michellemariebrown- ortho says i'll need my braces on two years and then an operation to move my lower jar forward to correct my bite, then when its all perfect i'll get them off (can't wait!)

Traceymay- i can't really remember when i first saw a change, its really odd. it's almost like it just happened overnight. i think really it was only a few weeks ago, but i was so self conscious when i first got my braces cos of the wonky archwire. it was like it finally confirmed the fact i had wonky teeth (i'm sure you understand what i mean here), but don't let it get you down, they'll move quicker than you think :)

Thanks Skintz. I need to stop inspecting them every time I clean them trying to guage if they have moved or not. :D

I'll let you know what my ortho thinks after my first adjustment in september.

Cheers Traceymay
