i mean that when you bite down you may cause damage to your front teeth not the brackets if they are hitting - who cares about the brackets its your teeth you should be concerned about you know

I understood what you meant the first time. :) It just kind of freaked me out a little! :shock:

Today at 2:30 pm EST I got my molar build up redone! They also added a second one! It's so much better!

In the after pics you can see that it really helps! I'm smiling normally- the gaps between my top and bottoms arches are real and they're annoying.

I'm getting used to them quickly! I should add the "cement" is clear again like last time.

I can post more pics if anyone wants!

I have a bracket I've been biting on since I got my lowers on in October... they were a little concerned but just told me to be gentle. It's got better, I was actually biting on like 3 and now there's one left and I'm barely touching it where as I was firmly biting on them.

It hasn't caused any problems or broken off.
