Help! I can't keep my teeth clean!!!

I would highly recommend you try the Sonicare toothbrush. I have zero plaque since I switched from my maunal toothbrush. It really works for me.

I was a little "plaque factory" while I was in braces. I used a Sonicare 7300 toothbrush, I flossed, I used my proxy brush. But, some people just produce more plaque than others. I ended up going for more frequent cleanings while I was in braces. My dentist suggested coming in every three months - I countered with a suggestion of every four months.

So, it may not be a comfort to you, but I can tell you that you're not alone.
