My ortho offers Clear,Metal and Gold braces. All his braces cost the same price. I only had the choice for metals I chose the gold instead and he was pleased because he really likes the gold brackets on people. He is the only one I know in our area that offers gold brackets. I say this because everytime I see someone in gold brackets I ask them who there ortho is and everytime it's my ortho! lol

I had to use metal because I needed massive amount of movement and he said the metal/gold were the strongest to pull my teeth down as needed. He said he could attempt to use clear but he's had cases where the clear brackets crack or pop off under pressure.

I am just waiting to hear the magic words "Get her mold done for retainers" !!!!!!

Hi,

how could you ? Sharp pics of the beginning and blured ones hiding a bit such
an awesome result. Nah, just joking. Congratulations ! The journey was not
easy, but the result is absolutely fantastic. And no, your midline is not so off.
It is just centered in another way, only having 3 incisors in the lower jaw. The
upper center is then facing the center of the lower middle incisor. And that is
about right in your case. Anyway, very well done !!!

Ha ! Hah! Clo ....
Trust me I took like 15 pictures and all except the one with my entire smile came out super blurry. My daughter is the expert on picture taking but she's tired of taking pics of my teeth lol.

Promise when I get these brackets off I will have her take pictures. I want to try and take her along for my debanding appt so she can do some video and pictures of the process.
