clenching teeth at night - help!

I have also become quite a clencher! I actually chipped a tooth from it (i'm supposed to be fixing my teeth, not breaking them, grrrrr) Anyhoo, I just figure it is normal stuff from reading...I try to relax my mouth now and pay attention.

Also, sometimes I bite on a damp washcloth for a while to relieve some stress, which I figure it is just mouth stress from being messed with so much! This has helped big time.

I also am going to mention it to my ortho.
