Throw away all my wax. Eat popcorn and almonds!

tacoma braced: when I first got them on, I couldn't whistle, but I figured out how because I whistle ALL THE TIME. I hope I can figure it out again once the braces come off, lol.

I am going to buy chocolate covered brazil nuts, popcorn, salted cashews and almonds, a large selection of extraordinarily crispy crackers, celery, apples, peaches, and pineapple, along with a couple of my favourite cakes from my local health food store - crispy flapjacks made with seeds and nuts and covered in chocolate. Then I'm going to go home to eat all of the above and drink red wine straight from the glass (no straw!!!). And then I'm going floss my teeth. And I will probably tell my husband about a billion times that my teeth feel really weird (particularly post the red wine).

4 more sleeps until Deband Day! :D
