Makeup anyone?

No, I didn't blot. It was completely dry in less than a minute. But it definetly was not waterproof. I'm not sure if it was just the brand I used. Not sure if I'm allowed to say on here...but it was a drugstore brand lipstain.

I could basically lick it off my lips...no not a very good stain

That sounds very odd for a lipstain. I use "The Body Shop" lip and cheek stain... generally speaking it just gradually fades; I couldn't wipe it/lick it off if I wanted to.

I use lip liner and then lip gloss.

I wear lipstick almost everyday and I have no problems at all.
