I didn't know the wires mattered so I never scheduled adjustment and cleaning on the same day. I will do so next time.
Most times, orthos will let you schedule extra appointments for your teeth cleaning and you don't have to do it as the same time as your adjustments. But, if you can line it up..that works!

KreyFL: thanks for the feedback its just i got one tooth at the front which is a little tender at the moment as its had a bit of movement lately so hopefully it will get a bit better by next week.

im hoping that he takes out my wire before i get them cleaned i really want to get in there with some floss and go mad.

Weird. I've had my braces on for almost 2 years and no one has suggested or requested that my wires be removed for my cleaning. I've had 4 cleanings all with different hygeniests, and they all seem to have no problem cleaning around the brackets or wires.
