Hey, I have ceramic coloured braces, due for my first adjustment tomorrow. I was very careful about what I ate at first but there was still slight staining, nothing terrifying but they're now a pale yellow tint if you look closely. If you eat staining foods towards the back of your mouth in small chunks there shouldn't be a problem, this last week I broke and ate pizza/lasagne (miss italian so much!!) and they're still totally fine aside from that pale tint. Just avoid curry like the plague I've heard some real horror stories! haha
