Strange, I had no anxiety at all. Granted it wasn't a trip to Disney World, but I just knew the sooner they went on the sooner they'd come off. It's really not as bad as people make it out to be, in my experience.
Got my bottoms on. I am so depressed. I knew I was getting bite plates, but figured they would be on my molars. I had no idea they'd be on the back of my 2 front teeth. I sound like a complete fool when I speak, there's just nowhere for my tongue to move. It's so embarassing that I don't even want to talk to my wife. I know it will get better, but it's really hard to imagine right now.
