Having suffered through the agony of having relapsed movement from not wearing my retainer as a teen, I am fully supportive of having a bonded retainer. I would rather have one for the rest of my life than go another 10 years with crooked teeth because I was lazy with my removeable one.
Planning on having an essix retainer for night, too. I'm not paying all this money to have my teeth move back... so I'm retainer'ing up to my eyeballs this time!
