Thank you! I just got an adjustment earlier today, my jaws hurt! did anyone notice if their bottom seemed to be moving slower than their top? just curious!
I just got my bottom braces. They feel a little odd, but like the top ones I got over a month ago I shouldn't be able to feel them at all. Because my bottom teeth are so crowded, I'm having difficulty flossing even with the threader - I guess I need more practice
