I always go every 3 months. Keeps everything healthy and pretty. Plus then I don't have to pay for fillings.

I schedule a full exam/cleanings every 6 months, with a cleaning inbetween for a total of 4 cleaning and 2 exams. I'm lucky to have a great plan through work that allows for this and it's definitely helped. I'm a coffee/wine drinker so I find it really helps control the staining on my teeth.

I'm just gonna keep going twice a year. Getting my teeth cleaned is my least favorite thing to do. I only do it because I care about oral health haha but I don't think I could handle doing it more often.
