51 at bracing, 52 now, hopefully only 53 at de-bracing. My ortho said that his oldest patient is 70. Maybe it's Huon!

I don't think so. Huon is from Tasmania.

I am an old foggie too. I had my braces put on in June 2007 and I am 59 years old.I will be 61 when removed. I joked with my orthadontist that I may not live long enough to get them removed and he just laughed. I figured that I had put braces on all of my children thru the years and now that I can afford them...why not.
