Poll: Wet toothbrush or dry toothbrush?

I rinse the toothbrush to clean & soften up the bristles, put toothpaste on and then wet the bristles again. Though I heard that dry toothbrush works better in cleaning than wet toothbrush. I can't remember where I read it. :HugeGrin:
