Which foods / drinks stain ligs the worst?

I'm so glad I went with self ligating ceramic brackets on top, but I'm still worried tomato sauce and cigars will stain the brackets themselves.

Orange juice is one of the worst.
And mustard. Avoid mustard. Even on burgers.
The honey mustard Snyder's pretzel bites are the worst. I usually get a bag right before my appointment so I can eat them (they're my favorite) and not be green for weeks.
