Hi ShySmile! I had Tylenol extra strength b4 they put them on...and the process is not painful & once they were all on I only felt the pressure. The next day my teeth were aching a bit if they touched each other but nothing extreme. My gums were more sensitive than anything. It's been 2weeks now and theres no constant pain sometimes an ache here & there. My bite turbos make it impossible for me to chew tho I'll send pics as soon as I can get to a computer. :x
