Lately I have been noticing that popcorn gets stuck really bad! I guess thats why its on the dont eat list...

my ortho said its on the 'no eat' list because all the skins and kernals can get under the gums and hinder the movement of the teeth/wires. But....I love popcorn too...so I am just really careful

So far for me it's mainly bread, pasta, meats, melted cheese (especially from pizza) gets wrapped around the wires sometimes.

All of that healthy and delicious green stuff: broccoli, spinach, lettuce, cilantro....it is going to be a long while before I can really enjoy eating in public again. Upside is I LOVE that water pik. My husband says I literally run to the bathroom to use it after eating!!

EVERYTHING!! I have learned to carry a toothbrush and paste wherever I go.....
