I used to chew more on the left side. Now that my alignment is way off I chew more on the right side. I know it's bad to excessively use on side or the other and I'm trying to work on that. My molars do most of the work anyway since I have an open bite. I know I need to get work done as soon as possible. My dentist said people need to consciously use their canines and bicuspids (that's what their there for) so that their molars don't wear down early.
