What toothpaste and mouthwash are you using?

I use Sensodyne whitening toothpaste and Soft Mint Listerine. Both seem to be work for me.

Crest pro health fresh mint ROCKS! That and Act enamel renewing mouthwash.

I was prescribed Prevadent. I just bought some mouthwash for the first time tonight... the ACT Braces formula with aloe.

I'm using all kinds of toothpaste, as long it has fluoride, it tastes nice and it's not whitening. I like to change the brand when I need to buy a new tube. I love golgate, don't like desensin that much.

For the mouthwaters, I started using them when I've got my braces. I Never used them before. It's the same, I use several brands. I only use mouthwaters with fluoride and without alcohol in it.

I agree with the mouthwash thing - as long as it has about 225ppm fluoride and no alcohol, I'm happy! Whatever's on special frankly... :)

I use Sensodyne Pronamel Toothpaste and a fluoride mouthrinse from the Ortho.
I love Sensodyne's Pronamel toothpaste!! I plan on trying out different mouthwashes when I get my braces off!

I use Colgate Total since its the only toothpaste I could find without whitening in it. I also use Listerine cool mint or fresh mint. I can't stand the other mouthwashes. I do use an ACT anti cavity rinse every night though.

I love the Crest Pro-Health Clinical Gum Protection toothpaste. I had really bad gingivitis after a couple of months with my braces, because I did not floss daily as recommended by my doctor. After using this toothpaste and flossing daily, I do not have swollen and bleeding gums anymore.
