3.1k for metal braces for 24 months, plus retainer checks (there is a ton of competition where I live, with orthos in every corner so the prices are low). 6 month grace period if I go beyond the 24 month estimated time. After that, you pay 125 dollars for every appointment. 3 strikes for broken brackets. After that, 150 to reattach brackets.

I'm in the UK and I paid £3600 for 12 months Damon clear. This includes all consultations, checkups, retainers, cleaning etc etc. Probably the most money I've ever spent in one go but I think it'll be worth it :)

Mine was almost $7k for metal braces. The ceramic ones would have cost more. I live in NYC and it's very expensive here. Then another $7-9K for the SARPE surgery out of pocket AFTER the insurance coverage. So around $15 all inclusive of treatment. I did have extensive work done for an extremely crowded mouth. I was not a candidate for any other process of straightening. I needed jaw realignment as well.

My estimate was under $4k for traditional braces with a recommendation for jaw surgery to fix underbite

I live in the UK. Just started treatment that will involve braces on top and lowers for 3 years and surgery to break and reset bottom and lower jaws. It will be free due to the NHS.
