Mac & cheese is the worst for me. It takes 5 minutes to eat and 20 minutes to pick it all out of there. I can only hope I'm getting it all out. Even after picking, brushing, and flossing my Waterpik still blasts out some cheesy chunks.

Noodles as mentioned. To me, food getting stuck in the braces is way down in the "things I hate about braces" list. Number 1 would be the worrying and aggravation.

I would have to say rice and bread. They just seem to mold themselves to my upper ceramic braces. Sometimes I think there is more food on the upper ledge of my braces than I got to actually eat!

Another vote for lettuce, spinach and rice. I still eat them though, I just try to be careful about loosening them between bites.

When I got my teeth pulled I was eating lots of yogurt. Apparently one of the pieces of strawberry got stuck in my front top brackets, and my husband thought it was blood. I couldn't understand why he was so grossed out until I looked and realized what he was seeing.

Bread

Another vote for bread. I decided to try eating some Taco Bell spicy chicken borritos. They were good, but man did the dough get caught up between my braces and teeth. Used a water pick and this helped a lot though.

Here's my list:
~bread
~rice (definitely)
~nuts (that totally doesn't mean i don't eat 'em anymore, i love 'em)
~pineapple (it gets caught around the bands)
~noodles (takes forever to get out!)
~I know there are a lot more that I just can't think of right now!

Not just food but sometimes my floss will shred when it slides across my braces and little bits of it will get stuck in there and is almost impossible to get out.
