I've had my braces on for about 8 months and went in for an adjustment today. I just expected another regular tightening but I left with a new arch wire, powerchains and elastics. Is it good to get all of these at once? What does it mean as far as my progress with braces and when did you guys get these things in your treatments. Thanks!
