Hi Everyone!
I hope you guys can help as you always do.
I have little springs on my wires with Damon 3 braces.
Anyway, I was eating and the spring popped out, but didn't come off the wire.
I am really struggling trying to get it back in. Any suggestions or do I have to go to my ortho for this?

very well experienced with this one myself. Mine would come off almost every time I brushed my teeth. Try having someone help you with it or try tweezers. Either way you should go into the ortho Monday and have them fix it so it won't come off as often. Are they being used to close or open space? Mine were to close space and worked really fast.
