I have read so many posts, and I see everyone saying they got spacers like weeks before the braces went on, my ortho hasn't said anything about this can someone inform me if this is weird, or if everyone doesn't need them?
having braces is a huge step, feel proud of yourself that you took this step to better your self!!!!!
