wax on------bleeding

#1 Post by poloaa »

Since my canker sore bothers me about two weeks ago, i started to first use the wax to cover the brackets ( i have never used any wax since my braces on may.12, but canker sore is killling me :( ) When i remove the wax, my gum was bleeding so bad about two or three different times, nothing hurt, and i have no idea why, does anyone have this problem? It is no pain or anything, just bleeding on the spot when i put my wax?

If your gums are bleeding, I'd say bacteria is forming there, and you must brush, floss and rinse with mouthwash more diligently. Having the wax there can make the bacteria just "stay there".
