When I went in for my adjustment on Thursday I was given one of those special wires with the loops on either side. I was given mine since I had extractions 2 weeks ago and the wire was going to help pull my front teeth back to fix my overbite. Basically it will do what a Distal Jet would have done, but I opted for extractions.
