Metal Mouth Message Board

So I went to the ortho today and they said "your braces are doing fine, were in the final stage!!!" So I'm like yay!!! I can't wait! But then they go "uh oh..oh no" as they take a closer look at my teeth. It turns out my once put together and straight teeth have to have coils put in so they can bond my teeth after the braces. My teeth are to small and mishaped, so now I have to wait 2 months for my braces to come off..and than I'll have a week of gaps..and than get them bonded. I thought when my braces came off I'd have a perfect smile ..but now I won't ..sorry just a bit bummed

that doesn't sound like happy news. I am so sorry to hear that, but I hope that evreything goes well in the process of it all!
