ok well im a newbie!! newho i had my bicuspes (spelling) well... the teeth behind my K-9s removed and now im closing the gaps well i dont know how often to wear them or change them and how long it will take before they are closed.?? can someone help? :D

Your orthodontist definitely should have informed you about that. I think it varies from case to case, for example, my ortho told me to wear mine everyday 24/7 and at first I hated it because I didn't want to look even more weird but I eventually accepted it as apart of my braces aesthetic I guess :D.
