ok well im a newbie!! newho i had my bicuspes (spelling) well... the teeth behind my K-9s removed and now im closing the gaps well i dont know how often to wear them or change them and how long it will take before they are closed.?? can someone help?

Your orthodontist definitely should have informed you about that. I think it varies from case to case, for example, my ortho told me to wear mine everyday 24/7 and at first I hated it because I didn't want to look even more weird but I eventually accepted it as apart of my braces aesthetic I guess :D.
