back from dentist

#1 Post by tamsteve »

I had a message the other day about the bump on my gum above a molar, well, i went to the dentist today and it was abcessed. They numbed me and opened my gum and cleaned it all out. He said it may have been some glue or a little piece of food may have got wedged in there or the trauma from the band made it abcessed. So, i am on antibiotics and pain killers. He did say my gums were in excellent condition and i'm doing a good job cleaning them  ! I was worried about that. I do brush, floss and water pik all the time though. Hopefully i will get my bottom braces tuesday!!!
