I went today for my 1st adjustment since my lower arch was braced in october. After the ortho checked my teeth she put on a stronger wire and said it was time for powerchains to start closing my gaps.

I am not feeling any thingg as yet (knocking on wood) so we will see how efective the chains are.

I think my appointments will be every 4 weeks.

So it went pretty well I think.

That's great that your first adjustment went well. I go in for mine on 12/5.

Are powerchains just used to close gaps?
