forgotten lig?

So I had my adjustment today and I notice she forgot to change one of the ligs!! its last months faded colour still the ortho i'snt back in town for a few days so I'll have to wait awhile I guess.
I thought it was a little weird that they would forget to change it... has this happend to anyone else?
