Is it worth it?

#1 Post by Braced4braces »

I'm in my 20s now and I really would like to have braces but I'm worried about this: Anybody like me, had receded gums on the front bottoms and incisors and still decided to go ahead with the braces? How is it for you now? I heard incisors are more prone to gum recession. I had it due to neglect of care when I'm a teen and now, I'm not sure whether braces will cause further gum recession.
