Hi,

I also live in Vancouver. I have never heard of this ortho. I went to Dr Cziraki, also located downtown Vancouver at Seymour and Georgia. She also has an office at Oakridge Mall. She is the only ortho I've seen and I have decided to go with her. My dentist recommended me to her. I think he just drew a name out of the hat since he is located in Delta and doesn't know too many orthos in downtown Vancouver. I also tried calling some other orthos in the Vancouver area, mainly very close to downtown. I spoke to a receptionist at a ortho office in Oakridge, whose ortho only dealt with kids, recommend me to Dr Cziraki and someone else, a male ortho close to VGH.

Have you had any consults yet? or are you already in braces? I don't have braces yet, but will be getting them in a month or two. I only saw 1 ortho ( I have seen a couple of others, about 18 and 8 years ago) and after our meeting, I knew I wanted her as my ortho. I don't know how your experience has been so far...

May I ask how much you paid for your braces? I am interested to know what the going rate is in Vancouver.

Laurene,
I'm in Toronto, not Vancouver, but maybe my price comparison will help you:
