After a long absence from this board, I have had my top braces taken off and wanted to keep everyone posted! I had them take the tops off early, as I will be spending several months abroad for an internship and didn't want to have braces in all my pictures!

Here's some pics of the progress, beginning with the way they USED to look:

Still not perfect - I'll need to have them put back on for 4-6 months when I get home, but for now, I'm REALLY enjoying my new look, especially in pictures. Plus, it's SO easy to floss without those wires!

Even though you say they are not done, i can't imagine how great they will look when fully over, because now they are looking fabulous! just beautiful...

Wow, your smile looks terrific!!!!! What a change from the original pics. It really is amazing what braces do when you think about it.
