In the beginning my lower incissoors were sore, after that my premolars on the left. Now my both molars on the left side are sore. Even the last molar, which is not banded or otherwise connected to the braces, is very sore. Are the teeth moving backwards?
I imagine your teeth are tender from the movement, especially in the roots. I always think that soreness is a sign of progress for me, even in the past fortnight I've had pains in my remaining lower premolars and it went after a few days.
Just make sure you treat your teeth and gums well, and everything should be fine!

It's been 1 month today that I got my braces. I'm in the same situation. There has not been 1 day without discomfort. Different teeth , different days. For the past 2 days my 2 front teeth r very sore to the touch. I wonder if advils would help this type of pain. Goodluck.
and back to the incissors...
It is crazy, there is always some teeth very sore. One of my lower incissors is pushing it's way to the arch. It is almost there
Remember that your braces are exerting constant light pressure to your teeth, so they are always being pushed to move. And as they rotate or move backward/forward they will push on other teeth as well. You don't want to focus too much on the soreness of each individual tooth because it will vary. You'll make yourself crazy if you do that

It is quite difficult not to focus to the pain, because when ever I touch my teeth I feel a sharp pain. Really painful. It is not some mild discomfort...
I'm working my way toward 6 months now....and there are still days when I wake up and one tooth will decide to be sore that day....it's like a guessing game, haha....but it does usually tend to happen when progress is happening....right now my lower left lateral is sore....which hopefully means its moving a bit so the front one can come in:)
