I just woke up to find that one of my bottom brackets is completely loose? I can't bite down because of it, but it's a Saturday and my ortho office is closed. What should I do?

Have you tried calling your ortho's office? Hopefully you will hear a message that tells you what to do in emergencies when the office is closed (my ortho gives out his cell phone number so he can be reached directly).
