I have most of my bands on and still have 3 spacers on. I guess i should say 2 now. Anyway, I was eating lunch today and swollowed my spacer. It fell out this morning I was able to get it back in but I guess the spacer is two small. How's anyone else had this happen??? Two days till a full mouth of braces.
2 out of my 4 fell out after having them for 6 hours! I called the ortho and they told me to floss the area where the spacers fell out 4 or 5 times a day with doubled up floss, and i should be ok. Maybe that was just for my teeth and it wont work for you. Call your ortho to be sure!
