Want braces but constantly moving

#1 Post by Sully »

I really want braces, it's horrible for my self esteem to look at my teeth, but I'm never in one area long enough to get them it seems. Does anyone know how the pricing works if you keep moving? I'm in a place I know I'll be in for maybe a year and a half. If you do payments do you have to keep paying if you don't finish treatment? Do you just finish paying with another ortho? Or do you continue to pay the old one and then just pay the new one for appointments? I'm really confused. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

to be honest i don't know but it may be possible that your treatment will take less than a year and a half anyway...why not have a few consultations in your current area and explain the situation and see what they suggest as i believe all ortho's can work differently not just with treatment and timescales but also with payment methods...you might be nicely surprised at how possible it is.
