Dose anybody have any tips on how to put back on your Ligature elastics if they fall off?

It usually take me half an hour to try and get it back on. I only have 2, so my teeth don't chip when I bite down. But every now and again one will pop off.

I think I might have ate one last night cause I only have one today, lol.

Is it also wierd that I only have metal Ligs kinda like a twist tie and no elastic ones? I was looking at the post about what colors are your ligs and there seems to be alot of people with them.
