Does anyone have a specific brand/model of waterpik that they recommend that is both effective and not too noisy?

Thanks! :D

For what it is worth, I think they are all probably a bit noisy and they aren't known for longevity. I have the Interplax - the square one. It has been working well for me since I bought it in October. I like that it has 8 different settings and that it was inexpensive.

I find the cordless one slightly less noisy than the countertop one. I can use it when my kids are in bed, but the other is way too noisy for that. The countertop one is more powerful and has a smaller wand thingie that is easier to use, but my kids find the cordless easier. Go figure- I'd bought that one to travel wtih me...

It seems to be an individual thing.

I wish they'd make it better quality, though seems to me there is no reason for it to be so noisy.
