lower expander

#1 Post by maia1orual »

hey everyone, i haven't been on here in a while! but last night i got in a lower expander -- don't know the technical term -- but now i have a HAAS on top and this new one. anyone have any suggestions (other than wax, b/c it won't stay on the bottom! and salt water rinses) for dealing with this bad boy?
mainly, it's hard to eat. well, i hope everyone here is doing well. my upper expander is doing very well (for anyone who might have doubts about them :D )

I've had a lower expander on for a few weeks now. Other than some minor adjusting on the first day or two it hasn't given me any problems. I wish I could say something besides "You'll get used to it."
